To educate the public on Celiac Disease while promoting those businesses that cater to a quality gluten free life style

My Story:

I was diagnosed with Celiac disease in January 2009. The diagnosis was a huge blessing and an end to the decade long battle of constant fatigue and sickness. With that blessing came the challenge of "what next". Where can I shop? Where is it safe to eat out at? What products are there? Which ones are good and actually have some flavor? My goal with the Gluten Free Expo is to educate those with Celiac Disease and our loved ones with those companies that provide answers to our many questions. To know which Companies, Physicians and Restaurants make living with Celiac Disease easier and better. I look forward to seeing you all at the expo.
