Utah’s first Celiac Disease & Gluten Intolerance Awareness Week was honored the week of Ocotber3 – October 8th, 2011. It was a wonderful week preceding the Gluten Free Expo.

This was a tiny step in bringing about the awareness of Celiac Disease/Gluten Intolerance within the state of Utah. Our goal for 2012 will be to ensure students, teachers, patients, parents, and communities are aware of the symptoms and significant progress that has been made to treat this disease.
